Crown Pointe Background
The Crown Pointe Neighborhood is located off of Burns Avenue in Southeastern Lake Wales, Florida. We are just a stones throw from historic Bok Tower Gardens in Polk County. This community is made up of 105 homes all building in the early 90's. Our homeowners are proud of our neighborhood, with the profusion of oak trees and rolling hills making it unique to the Florida landscape. - Fall/Winter Newsletter 25, proposed budget for annual meeting listed below in Important Documents Area.
- Dog parade November 22, 2025 begins at 1pm at the entrance.
- Our 17th annual community yard/garage sale is December 6, 2025 from 8am to 1pm. It is free to participate.
- 8th annual Christmas Light Contest judging will be December 20, 2025 between 6-7pm. Top 3 receive prizes and bragging rights all year!
- Annual business meeting assessment is $165 and was due March 15, 2025. Late fee of $25/month.
- Picnic at Bok Tower coming March 2026, free admission that day for Crown Pointe residence. Food provided, desserts welcomed.
- School drop off bench at the entrance of Crown Pointe is finally in place! Please do not park at the front of our entrance but back toward Chamberlain Loop if waiting.
- Security cameras have been installed at the entrance to monitor traffic and keep our neighborhood safe.
- Wall around property was repaired, cleaned and repainted last fall.

General Tips
- Parking cars or trucks on yards is not allowed; driveways, garages or temporarily on the street only.
- Please keep in mind that all boats or trailers cannot be kept in driveways or common street areas, garages or off-site only.
- Anyone adding sheds, lawn buildings, etc. needs to submit a picture of the structure along with where on the property you are wanting to put the unit to the association board for approval. These need to match the exterior color of your house as much as possible.
- Please remember that any changes to exterior colors needs to be approved by the associations board. Please submit the color sample.
- Annual dues for 2025 were $165.00 per home which goes toward supporting lights, landscaping, utilities, events and wall maintenance.
